Job Summary

As a Self-Checkout Attendant, you will be trained to monitor express kiosks, assisting VIP guests with scanning their designer items and ensuring a frictionless exit. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Active Hosting: Greet clients as they approach the express zone, directing them to open mobile registers and managing the queue during peak holiday rushes.
• Transaction Assistance: Step in proactively to help guests scan delicate items, remove security sensors safely, and provide signature Saks shopping bags.
• Intervention & Troubleshooting: Respond rapidly to machine alerts or payment errors, providing a white-glove resolution so the client is never frustrated.
• Asset Protection Support: Maintain a vigilant but discreet presence, ensuring all high-value items are properly scanned and security tags are removed before the client exits.
